There is a delay for daughters over 21. An attorney would need to review the actual criminal judgment to assist you.

Probably can. . Depends on expiration date of immigrant visa. Contact attorney/USCIS for a travel stamp.

You should hire an attorney to have a chance, depending on the consulate. Answer only what is asked. Best advice is to hire an attorney.
