She was terrible! Completely biased! My ex husband is the worse person, narcissist and manipulative! Sick individual! There was a hearing he begged for me not to go so they don’t suspend his license, he promised me he would start paying me back child support ASAP . I have 2 children 1 with special ne...eds. I am a single mother, I work hard to provide for my children. I have full custody because he was found unfit to have half custody. My oldest son wants nothing to do with him! He mentally abused his son for years! And now that he’s older (my son) he realizes how sick and twisted his father is. Well the hearing day came and went and he never paid! I’m 100% sure he did nothing but lie and manipulate the court, talking about his issues and making excuses for his actions and lies. So I decided to file a hearing for non compliance with child support payments thinking that the judge will put my children first, but NO! This “lady” France bought what he had to sell last time I did no go to court. She was rude! Mean with me!!!! She had the audacity to ask me if my son was mine only! ( the older) !!!! She defended him saying that he is mentally ill and needs “help” and she even implied that I should help him file for disability!!!! I was appalled!!! He was crying crocodile tears like always and I had to walk away with still over 13k child support in arrears!!!!! I transferred the case to a different County because we no longer live in Orange County. She gave me that!! (She had no choice) but she made sure she asked him “ several times “ are you ok Mr.x with moving the case? He or course said No because you are so nice to me lol that was ridiculous!!!! I’d love to know how can I make a complaint about this “joke” judge that left me and my kids stranded!!
