Eric William Deming

Roughly 28 months I was convinced my team had my back. 46 hours before my trial I find out I am now fighting the top trial attorney for Morgan and Morgan bc my attorney, Eric Demmings, had no case. He had never spoken to my doctors. Ever. Not until 72 hrs before my trial. His team changed a few... times along the way but I didn’t know he was just acting like he was capable of winning. Please make better choices in picking your attorney when it matters.

We hired Eric after a consultation with with him. During consultation he was update and positive. But we never heard from him again. After 6 months we expressed our dissatisfaction with the service we were receiving from Eric and his firm. We felt it was best to void our arrangements with Eric and... go to a more proactive firm. Eric's behavior was very unprofessional regarding our decision, but our entire experience with him was unpleasant and frustrating. He is uncaring.

Our case without our knowledge was sent to Eric Deming. We had an awful experience. My wife and I sent email after email and countless calls to his assistance and it took almost 6 weeks to finally get a phone call. When we did speak to him, he had no knowledge of our case and kept getting it confu...sed with his other cases. We decided it was best to hire a proactive attorney who was not overworked. We informed Eric and he got extremely defensive. Eric sent a letter to the defendant but dismissed the case so we could never hire another lawyer to go after the company. We will gladly provide any information needed to prove his lack of ethics or concern for his clients.
