Dana Scott Baker

Prior to becoming an attorney, I spent 12 years as a certified urban and regional planner with a private consulting firm and the City of Orlando. As an attorney, I continue to handle land use matters for clients throughout Central Florida. Examples of my projects include rezonings, land use changes, and code enforcement defense.

I assist clients with real estate transactions including buying and selling real estate, lending money secured by real estate, and clearing title problems.

I work for both landlords and tenants in resolving landlord/tenant disputes, as well as filing and defending eviction cases in state court.

I represent personal representatives of estates in probate court.
