On October 11, 2021 the Defendant was charged in Marion County case number 2021-CF-0003XX with Burglary of a Dwelling While Armed and Grand Theft. The defense pointed out to the State no evidence exist ... ed to place the Defendant at the scene or in possession of the stolen firearms. The State revised their previous plea offer which involved prison on the Burglary charge to dropping the Burglary charge and offering a withhold of adjudication on the the Grand Theft charge. The Defense again pointed out the lack of evidence and rejected the State's amended plea offer. Subsequently the State file a Nolle Prosequi on January 25, 2023 dropping all charges.
