Christina Yachiyo Taylor

Christina is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Christina’s practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state commercial litigation. Christina represents corporations and individuals in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, fraudulent transfer actions, commercial foreclosures, garnishments, class actions, shareholders' disputes, and appellate matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in Tampa, where she handled commercial litigation and creditors’ rights matters.

Christina received her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law, graduating first in her class. While in law school, Christina received seven book awards (highest grade in class) and was an award-winning member of the Moot Court team. She also served as Articles Editor of The Florida State University Law Review. Christina received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University where she received the President’s Undergraduate Humanitarian of the Year award.

Christina is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, and in the United Staets Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
