Chad Matthew Seibel

I came to Mr.Seibel for help in a divorce case. He said he would charge me a specific amount for the case but as I tried to speak with my ex- husband. My ex husband wanted to go to trial so Mr.Seibel said it would cost way more for that case. Mr. Seibel was very short, and it seemed that everything b...othered him and he was annoyed because the case would take more time and effort than he thought. Mr. Seibel never gave me a contract to sign but I still paid him a $1,000 retainer fee. NOTHING was filed for the case, no paperwork was done on his end, there was ZERO effort. He knew I was a single mom and had no income yet when I told him I wanted to go with a different attorney because I felt he didn't give my case the time and attention it needed, he was always short and wanting to get rid of the case. Mr. Seibel refused to refund me the $1,000 because "I wasted time on talking with you". There was ZERO effort, heart, or care on his part. I WOULD NOT hire him or even waist time with him. $1,000 may not be much for him, but for someone who truly needs that money, it's a lot.
