OUTCOME: No violation

UCF was seeking to find the client in violation of their code of conduct. He could have been expelled permanently or faced other serious sanctions. Pursuant to a hearing, The Board of Student Conduct ... found that a violation had not been proved by the school. No sanctions, therefore, were imposed.
