Biography
Benjamin specializes in complex commercial litigation and has experience litigating a variety of different types of complex cases involving business torts, contract disputes, construction defect or payment disputes, real estate development litigation, products liability, commercial lending disputes, property recovery, professional malpractice, and disability barrier litigation, among others. Benjamin has extensive experience litigating these and other types of complex cases in several state and federal trial courts, as well as in the Florida Appellate Courts and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
