We went with an attorney who charges a flat fee of $5000. He was the biggest mistake and had we not fired him, my brother would have definitely gone to prison. We were originally going to go with Andrea, but she wanted $7000 up front. Because of the money, we went with the other "attorney". After thi...s other attorney did not show up for court, did not collect witness statements, and blamed the victim for his incompetence, our family bit the bullet and hired Andrea.
