Quick, Professional, Easy to Work With

I had a very pleasant experience working with Adam. After months of legal threats from a disgruntled minority shareholder, he quickly and expertly resolved the issue. The stress was gone as soon as he got involved, and I only wish I had hired him sooner. I would definitely hire him again, and recomme...nd him to anyone looking for common sense and legal expertise - a tough combo to find sometimes.

Adam did a top rate job for me. Revised the documents quickly for my protection and gave me good practical advice. I will always use him in the future.

Adam Losey Review

Adam was always prompt, professional and patient. He took the time to explain each detail and answer each and every question. He responded to our emails and phone calls promptly. He served as a proxy and facilitated major portions of the transaction. Finally, his knowledge of the law and ability to t...ranslate the law into the documents that we required were instrumental in closing the transaction satisfactorily. His work is outstanding making him a truly high recommendation. -CWJ

Professional & Compassionate

After speaking with many Internet law attorneys, Adam was the most knowledgeable and compassionate that I spoke to. He is honest and you can clearly tell that he is a philanthropist.

A knowledgeable, honest, ethical professional

Adam impressed me for a few reasons. 1) Upon calling his line, he answered, not a remote virtual receptionist who is barely familiar with what the law firm specializes in. While calling on various law firms, I discovered it's not uncommon for these virtual receptionists to try to get all the inf...ormation they can from you- including address information - without even letting you know who might call you back and if you can be helped. I assume this is because they are paid in part based on how much information they glean from each caller. 2) Adam didn't try to get me to come into his office and pay a "consulting fee" just to talk to him to see if maybe he would be able to help me with my situation. He listened to my situation, told me what would be required on his end if I wanted to pursue the matter, and gave me the probable outcome given the grey area of the law my situation fell under. He then told me what I could do on my end - without using his services - that might be the best overall value and solution given my situation. He essentially gave the advice that was beneficial to me even though not financially rewarding to him. The other law firms I spoke with had as the highest priority to schedule a consultation (for which I would be charged) and then try to get me to give them a retainer. 3) While on the phone with him, he even took the time to have me hold while he looked up a few items pertinent to my situation. Other law firms I called, the priority was to be on the phone as little as possible and provide as little information (helpful or otherwise) as possible because that call was not being billed. In summary, what this came down to was motive. Adam's motive was clearly to provide the best service, even if he isn't able to make a buck (this time around) in doing it. That said, even though I did not end up using him, his ethics were such that I will refer him to everyone I know who has an issue associated with his expertise in law. Quite some time ago I came across a real estate attorney - whom I ended up using for many years- with similar standards of ethics as Adam. I did not think to find that again. What a breath of fresh air.
