I have never met someone so caring and devoted- he was honest and upfront with us the entire time and he still fought hard for us. I actually get choked up thinking about how wonderful Mr. Couch was and how effective and helpful he was to our cause- we were in a really tough place and he has actually made our life and our situation better!
