Tichiena Tucker

Tichiena Tucker was my attorney 2020-2021. At first she was nice, but afterwards she was very unpleasant to work with. I was already dealing with a lot at the time, she would always down talk me, always gave me an attitude or smart remark to something I said. She literally made me cry 2 times after s...peaking with her because of how misunderstood I felt. I’m a young mother & I would ask her advise, she guided me in the wrong direction. I would listen to her & she set me up for failure. Please find lawyers that actually care & understand that you are human. Ms.tucker was very unpleasant to work with.

First off she was an hour late for our meeting. Second I did all the secretary advised me to do in order for Mrs. Tucker to “have the time to take my case” ie replied to the petitioners request, ssc, etc. I wanted to, and asked for referrals 3 time via phone for a Co-Parenting course (knowing I’ll b...e asked to take it eventually), 1st time the secretary said she’s email a link for a “free Co-Parenting course that she took” 2nd time I called she said “I gave her the memo, I’ll ask her again today”, 3rd time I was told again by the secretary “ I’ll email right know I apologize” I received a cluster of attachments which was extremely overwhelming so much so I didn’t even open them all.. I did however find the Co-Parenting referral amongst the slew! $50.00 not exactly “free”! When I finally got the chance to speak with Mrs. tucker she continuously down talked me, told me I don’t understand what she’s saying, I need to listen, did not give me advice, support, or compassion for what I’m enduring. I got off that one hour phone call and cried! She told me nothing I didn’t know and basically said I have no grounds to stand on. Even if she would represent me for free.. I’d rather do it myself!
