Crazy personal injury claim
I was hit by a dead falling tree limb on a city street and I suffered a break in my femur. Never did I expect to receive any compensation for lost work or medical expenses from such an accident but Mitchell and his firm came through with a large settlement. His firm was extremely professional. I always received quick responses and personal attention. I would highly recommend Mitchell.

Class Act and First Rate
I was rear end and pushed into another vehicle in May. My car was totaled and I sustained some pretty substantial injuries. I was about to make some very bad choices because I was clueless on how insurance claims worked or the complications. Before I retained his services, he "schooled me" on the mistakes not to make on light of what the at fault insurance company was trying to sell me. Mitchell is so easy going that I was put at ease, but so passionate and aggressive about the right and wrong of the insurance game that I knew I found the right man for the job. He was very empathetic to my circumstance and relentless at making sure I was not taken advantage of. Though I wasn't his only client, he and his wife made me feel like I was the most important person on the room. I wouldn't ever want to endure another accident, God forbid. But he would be the first one I'd call if I ever needed a lawyer.

Comfort in chaos

Hard working attorney with positive results and outcomes

A friend indeed, when I needed a friend
During the course of my morning walk, I was the victim of a pedestrian verses automobile accident. I had to be airlifted to the hospital. My husband immediately called the Hanson & Hanson law firm and asked for Mitchell Hanson. Mitch took charge of the incident and became my point of contact for all of the legal and financial issues I encountered. I really would have been a victim if not for Mitch and his legal team. Mitchell Hanson came through for me !
I have known Mitchell Hanson and family for over 30 years and know what a great law firm he and his brother have created. I was in a bad truck accident a few years ago and Mitchell helped me with my case long distance out here in Arizona. His overall knowledge of the different state laws was truly beneficial to my case. Auto Accident
My name is Tony and I was injured in a car accident. It was tough to find an attorney to represent me due to the circumstances of the car accident. Mitchell met me at the accident scene several weeks later to listen to my side of the story and agreed to represent me. He was very knowledgeable of the applicable laws and took the time to educated me on them and how they affected my case. He advised me on how the insurance companies would handle the case. Initially my insurance company supported me that the other driver was at fault. As soon as it became clear that my injuries would result in payment to me under my policy they changed their tune and claimed the accident was intirely my fault in an attempt to deny my claim. He then met with the doctors to understand my injuries and obtain supporting documtentation from the doctors. Mitchell then negotiated with my personal medical insurance company to reimburse them for my care that exceeeded the limits on my auto policy. He also ensured that all releases were obtained from them to ensure that they could not try to come backafter me for additional monies or deny future treatment. Mitchell then negotiated a fair settlement with my auto insurance all the while ensuring that my legal rights were protected. I would highly recommend Mitchell as he is has the highest ethics of any attorney I have ever dealt with and represents the best legal proffession in a manner that all attornies would do well to aspire too.

Hanson & Hanson Are Great
