What did the divorce order say you were supposed to do with the house? Don't sign anything until you have an attorney review your final judgment...

I went to the bank with a friend he withdrew some money through drive thru ,but i pass the ID and his information to the teller.

What is your question? If his ID and information were correct, then you have done nothing wrong by handing the information to the teller.
