Edward Lopez

Edward Lopez is a criminal defense attorney in the Central Florida area. Mr. Lopez practices in both Circuit and County court and handles cases ranging from Misdemeanors all the way up to serious Life Felonies. He is well versed and experienced in cases involving DUI, Firearm Offenses, Assault and Battery, Violations of Probation, Possession and/or Trafficking Drugs, Theft, Sex Crimes, Manslaughter/Homicide, Juvenile Offenses, Traffic Related Cases, and Injunctions to only name a few.

With his wide versatility, Mr. Lopez treats every case with the highest level of attention and care. Mr. Lopez does this as many of his clients are going through some of the most traumatic events of their lives. Mr. Lopez takes great pride in making sure his clients are well informed and fully understand the legal landscape surrounding their case. Mr. Lopez has never prosecuted the innocent or the wrongfully arrested and has sworn to defend those in need without judgment.

Originally from Humacao, Puerto Rico, Mr. Lopez is a Barry University graduate with a passion for helping people. He spent the last three and a half years at the Osceola County Pubic Defenders Office assisting clients with criminal charges ranging from DUI’s to Attempted Murder.

In his free time, Eddie enjoys working on cars and motorcycles and visiting his potbellied pig named “Piglet.”
