I have a full time job plus belong to a couple of very busy organizations, so I never take time out to write reviews. However, David Webster (Vanessa, and his staff) were so exemplary in the services provided that I am compelled to give credit where it is most certainly due. Dealing with a legal is...sue can be stressful and extremely distracting from whatever your life's mission is. In times like this, having an effective team on your side to advocate your position minimizes your stress, ensures there are no missed directions/communications from the courts to you (the client), and most of all ensures no miscommunication. #Priceless! Thank you for being a consummate professional Mr Webster!

I was having a nervous break down, about picking a lawyer and I was referred to Mr Webster by a police officer that held him in high regards. I am so happy I did, he got my criminal case dropped completely and everything gone without having me step into a courtroom. Not only that but he was great abo...ut responding and putting my mind as ease. Highly recommend and worth it!

If you read no other review, please read this one! In today’s day and age, we rely heavily on the experiences of others and this could be the single most important decision you make in your life or the life of a loved one. My mom, who has been a pillar and servant of Seminole County her entire life..., made one mistake based on emotion and paid a very heavy price for it. We had originally hired a different attorney by the name of Isadore Hyde, who gladly excepted our $7000 and gave us many promises. None of which he kept. In that entire time, the best and only deal on the table, was a 5 year prison sentence. His office wouldn’t even answer the phone once the money had been paid. I made the decision to hire a different attorney and it was the best decision we ever could have made! David Webster is NOT all about the money, as was mentioned below, in the ONLY negative review written about him on any review site. In fact, he wouldn’t even take our case until he had made a few calls and knew for sure he could help us. We hired David on Jan 2nd and 2 weeks to the day, my mom was being released on probation. With good behavior, she will complete that probation in 2 1/2 years. I couldn’t have been more pleased with David and his staff from the first minute I walked into his office. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, he visited my mom the very next day (took the other attorney 6 weeks to visit my mom), Vanessa began plans for an evaluation that very first day, his receptionist sent me email updates, etc etc. They were all on top of their game from the very beginning. This nightmare ended Jan 16th, but David has continued to check in and answer any questions or concerns we might have. In no way is this a characteristic of someone who is in it for the money! If we still had the other attorney, my mom would still be in jail. The next scheduled date we had with him was a deposition scheduled for the middle of Feb. Who knows how long this would have dragged out. I don’t even want to think about what the outcome could have been! I hope I will never need legal services again, but should I or anyone I love ever be in a similar position, I know my only call will be to David Webster!!!

David was exceptional regarding every aspect of representation from initial consultation to close. Honest, attentive and thorough, said he would do all he could for the best possible result and was absolutely true to his word. We were very pleased and are grateful for his representation.
