If you read no other review, please read this one! In today’s day and age, we rely heavily on the experiences of others and this could be the single most important decision you make in your life or the life of a loved one. My mom, who has been a pillar and servant of Seminole County her entire life..., made one mistake based on emotion and paid a very heavy price for it. We had originally hired a different attorney by the name of Isadore Hyde, who gladly excepted our $7000 and gave us many promises. None of which he kept. In that entire time, the best and only deal on the table, was a 5 year prison sentence. His office wouldn’t even answer the phone once the money had been paid. I made the decision to hire a different attorney and it was the best decision we ever could have made! David Webster is NOT all about the money, as was mentioned below, in the ONLY negative review written about him on any review site. In fact, he wouldn’t even take our case until he had made a few calls and knew for sure he could help us. We hired David on Jan 2nd and 2 weeks to the day, my mom was being released on probation. With good behavior, she will complete that probation in 2 1/2 years. I couldn’t have been more pleased with David and his staff from the first minute I walked into his office. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, he visited my mom the very next day (took the other attorney 6 weeks to visit my mom), Vanessa began plans for an evaluation that very first day, his receptionist sent me email updates, etc etc. They were all on top of their game from the very beginning. This nightmare ended Jan 16th, but David has continued to check in and answer any questions or concerns we might have. In no way is this a characteristic of someone who is in it for the money! If we still had the other attorney, my mom would still be in jail. The next scheduled date we had with him was a deposition scheduled for the middle of Feb. Who knows how long this would have dragged out. I don’t even want to think about what the outcome could have been! I hope I will never need legal services again, but should I or anyone I love ever be in a similar position, I know my only call will be to David Webster!!!

There are situations where second best is not good enough. In criminal defense, when your life, your happiness and dignity are on the line, which was the case for our family, you want the best criminal defense attorney there is, and David Webster is the best. He not only excelled at his job but at th...e same time was down-to-earth, kind and caring with us. He was available and responsive whenever we needed to speak with him. What could have turned out to be a nightmare to us was resolved very successfully, smoothly and quickly. We are forever grateful to David Webster, to his staff and to the people who highly recommended him to us. He saved our family.

David was nothing less than the best. So quickly did he get a case dropped with being ON at all times, and ALWAYS available. His reassurance and dedication was incredible. I’ve never heard of or seen a case handled so quickly with such professionalism and making the client top priority. I would more ...than highly recommend him if you need something taken care of and quickly. Absolutely blown away by the attentiveness and quickness of it all.

I have hired attorney David Webster on two occasions 4 years apart. First time was for trespassing and dunken dissordally and the attorney was able to get the case dismissed. Second time was this September first for my second offense and attorney David Webster was also able to get this case dismissed.... Very nice office as well and very accommodating to my needs. David Webster treated me like I was high end case the whole time. I would recommend this attorney and this office to anyone looking for a great attorney in the central Florida area.
