I am a trial attorney located in Tavares, FL located within Lake County and my office provides legal services in Marion, Orange, Sumter, Seminole and Volusia counties as well.
I accept cases relating to small business litigation, firearms rights, personal injury and select criminal defense cases. My firm is also home to the wonderful attorneys Ms. Freya McLain who handles the practice's family law as well as simple real property and estate planning and matters and Mr. James Hope who handles the firm's complex criminal defense cases.

Definitely would not reccomend
I hired Mr. McCormick to handle a case. He did not take the time to do his homework and do his own research.He would call me for the advice on what I hired him to do. He also stated that he would be filing several motions on my behalf which he failed to do. He also failed to send me any filings or ...
