Born and raised in Florida, she graduated from Florida State University and Florida A&M College of Law. Prior to entering private practice, she served as the Chief Assistant Public Defender of the Lake County Public Defender's Office supervising and managing an office of seventeen attorneys and numerous support staff. While managing the office, Wanda continued to represent clients in the courtroom on a full felony docket and zealously advocated for each one of her clients without hesitation.
