I represented birth Mother and Husband. Child was born out of 14 years old and born out of wedlock. Identity of birth Father was known, but child had no contact with the birth Father. Birth Father ... was located out of State and Service with Petition for Termination of Parental Rights. The birth Father did not file a responsive or appear at the hearing, so the Court entered a default Judgment in my client's favor.
