The majority of my practice is family law.  Family law is unique in that a lot of times your adversary is the person who you once saw as your closest ally - your spouse.  After handling hundreds of divorces, I understand the sensitve nature of dealings between spouses.  I consider myself a problem-solving attorney and work extremely hard to try to resolve your issues amicably so that your family can move forward with their lives.  When the other side is unreasonable, however, I'm not afraid to take aggressive action.  I am married and have two kids of my own so I understand the sensitive nature of these cases.  I recieved the Family Law Book Award in law school for receiving the highest grade in the class in this subject.  As an attorney, I have received various awards from reputable, peer-reviewed orgaizations such as SuperLawyers (Rising Star, 2013-2015) and National Advocates (Top 40 under 40, Family Law, 2015).  I would welcome the opportunity to try to assist you with your divorce or other family law matters.

In addition to family law, I have handled estate planning for several years.  I received the Book Award for Trust and Estates in law school.  We are very reasonably priced.  For basic Wills, we charge $200 per individual, and $300 per couple.  For this flat fee, in addition to your Will, you would also receive a health care surrogate, living will, preneed guardianship form, and power of attorney, if desired.  I would be honored to assist you and your family in your estate planning affiairs.

If a loved one passes away and he or she had assets in just his or her name, a probate will be necessary.  Lawyers are required for probate.  We are very efficient with probate and generally charge by the hour instead of taking a percentage.  Our fees are usually much lower than anyone charging a flat percentage.  I would be honored to assist you in your probate matter.
