Jason Davis is a Partner in the Tavares, Florida office of ShuffieldLowman. Jason specializes in corporate transactional law and estate planning. Work mostly encompasses corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, basic estate planning and business succession planning.
A background in commercial credit banking, prior to becoming an attorney, serves him well in the legal business world, as does his formal education – aside from a bachelor’s degree in economics, he received an M.B.A. and is a cum laude law school graduate.
