J Mark Jackson

A few of my friends had used attorney Mark Jackson with great outcomes so I decided to hire Mark also. WOW I honestly can’t say enough good about him. Communication: When I would call about my case I was able to speak with him directly and not someone from his office. I even called him one nig...ht at 9 pm, we spoke for about 15 mins. He handles his clients personally. Outcome: He was able to get my charges DISMISSED From my experience, he underpromises and overdelivers. I hired Mark Jackson for a domestic assault case. I was innocent but I did not have proper evidence when the police arrested me. Within a few days, I was released from jail (it was over the weekend) and also I hired mark again to do an expungement and that was also successful. 5 Stars for Mark Jackson! He helped me with a Citrus County criminal case. Even though he is not local- I did not find any of the Citrus, Hernando, or Levy County attorneys any good. I do have a good family attorney in Hernando County, but he does not deal with criminal law. What was nice about... hiring Mark as an attorney is that there were about 300 people in the court room. However, only about 3-4 of us had hired an attorney and so the judge let us go first. Just this alone saved me 1-4 hours of my time. He is professional and on top of that his secretary is such a pleasant and knowledgeable woman. There is no great law office in this country without a great assistant. So, Mark is the real deal. I cannot vouch for him for his other legal skillsets, but for criminal defense (assault/battery the charge) then I would suggest him to anyone that I know.
