When I think of having to get an Attorney, I feel my stomach turn. Then I met Sam Filler 3 years ago. Right away I knew he was not your typical attorney. He showed compassion, concern and a true desire to help others. He not only helps people through probably the most challenging times in their lives... but goes above and beyond to make sure ever question and concern is met! In a nutshell Sam is a great attorney. I would recommend him highly for any legal matter that you may have. I deal with many large and small law firms in my business and have seen many different types of attorneys. In the aspect of the law he is on top of his game and aware of changes in the law as w...ell as advantages and disadvantages as they may pertain to your case. The best thing about working with Sam is that he is understanding of your position and is always open and responsive to your questions. When i go into court or a negotiation with Sam i don’t feel like i have a "lawyer" i feel like i have a "partner" a "ally". I feel like i have someone at my side that is truly confident and concerned about my best interest. You can’t put a price on that. It’s the level of comfort he gives you that puts you at ease with having confidence in his ability.

Samuel Filler has continuously provided me with service that is both knowledgeable and in my best interest. Prior to making decisions regarding my case, all options have been discussed in detail, as well as potential consequences associated with those options, both positive and negative. Mr. Fille...r has consistantly kept me informed of developments of the case, and has correctly forseen actions by opposing counsel. By providing this service, he has allowed for me to prepare for future events and reduce cost as a result of not preparing for situations that do not occur. If fairness, the only flaw is that at times he seems to be overloaded with cases. However, even though he may not be available immediately, he has responded within an acceptable time frame. Many times, as individuals we are only cognizant of our own situation and we fail to realize that there may be other cases that our counsel is responsible for, that must take precedent at a given moment. Overall, Mr. Filler has provided me a value that is beyond his fees. The outcome of the case has been all that I could have hoped for, and as a result, two children are in a situation that is best for them. There have been many unique issues with my case that have been addressed by Mr. Filler and closed with results that have been in my best interest. In closing, Mr. Filler has delivered all that was requested, and I would feel comfortable in recommending his services to friends and family

Sam filler has no idea what he's doing.He is out to get clients $ and doesn't look for clients best interests.He knew my husband was in TX and that he would have to be served in TX,but Sam still had me pay for a divorce packet that never got uses($1500), and I also had to pay for a 2nd divorce packet... ($900), which ended up being the one served to my now ex husband.He charges top dollar for poor service.I was ruched out of mediation by him and the mediator (it was Friday..)While I tried to help myself,I just wanted this (1 year) process to be over, so we settled. But Sam as my advocate should have helped me,instead he threw me to the wolves.
