Buying or selling your home is a HUGE decision with enormous financial consequences, and knowing where to start can be daunting. As an attorney who is also a real estate broker, I can handle everything from marketing your home to legal details - it's a one-stop shop.
Even if you are not near my service area for marketing, I can point you in the direction of a quality real estate professional in your area and help you handle the legal review of your deal for a fixed fee.
When I'm not helping people find homes, I'm usually cooking. One of my yearly indulgences is helping organize the signature event at Taste of Oviedo, the Oviedo Preservation Project's Citrus & Celery Cook-Off. Oviedo used to grow tons of citrus and celery (literally), and it's fun trying to come up with a new recipes that celebrate those homegrown ingredients.
