I worked with Mr. Jim Gordon and the team after my brother-in-law recommended their practice. I was not disappointed! For almost 2.5 years (while I received treatment from a rear end collision), I was in contact with the agency regularly. The communication was swift, easy to understand, and kind. Jim was more than willing to meet my mother in law in Ocala after she was in a serious car accident. She was in pretty bad shape and he was able to talk her through everything to where she could understand what and when everything was going to happen.
