Trust Gone Wrong
Ms Claude represented my mother for over 15 years. Her estate planning advice left her heirs in a legal quagmire. What should have been a simple trust is now being litigated by the trustee and the beneficiaries have been left holding the financial bag.

Florida statutes on liens, trusts, and elder law KNOWLEDGEABLE
After contacting by phone several attorneys over the legality of issues and how to proceed., one gave me incorrect information regarding the legality of a bogus lien..two were quiet, not knowing any legal precedence, and two approved of the Medicaid fraud committed and the bogus lien.
