Mary Ann Nardi

I hired Mary to represent me in a complex divorce case and I highly recommend her as a skilled, thoughtful and thorough attorney who cares deeply about doing the right thing. Mary is a professional, well organized, forward-thinking, lawyer with the ability to see and respond to what is most needed in... the moment. I'm very happy to read that Mary Mardi did, indeed, help some of her clients; however, I read that she did not help some others and had an excuse, as usual, for why she didn't. Mary Nardi did absolutely nothing to help me during my divorce because I would not play the game of being mentally abused ...by my ex-husband and needing lifetime psychological counseling. In truth, the only mental abuse I sustained was caused by her poor handling of my case and enlisting or allowing people to be involved who never should have been including my grown up children and the resulting problems and stress it has caused between us ever since. She did not talk to me but had time to talk to others and had the audacity to schedule my last day in court on my wedding anniversary and then when she saw me said "Happy Anniversary" as if it were a joke or something I should be happy about when it ruined my entire life and caused me to lose everything I had worked for before and during my marriage. This happened almost 25 years ago and to this day it has caused my life to be extremely stressful and caused me to endure hardship then, now and will forever. She certainly does not care about all women but may possibly put forth more effort to those who are "womens libbers" and trying to be politically correct for the Nancy Pelosis of the country. I would definitely never recommend anyone to her and have known other female attorneys who were quite the opposite and whom have my utmost respect. Her husband, however, seemed very caring, believed me and was quite the gentleman. I hope by now he is able to take clients on his own which he told me back then he could not do as he didn't have as much experience. Unequivocally, she destroyed my life.

I hired Mary Nardi in early 2015 to handle the divorce between my wife and I. I emailed her several questions in late 2015 and needed an answer to those questions in order to proceed with some financial decisions re the settlement of the divorce. After numerous attempts to get the questions answere...d by Ms. Nardi, and multiple excuses by her staff, over a month long, or more period, I was forced to fire her and hire another lawyer at an additional cost 0f $3000.00. My new lawyer was able to answer the simple questions I posed to Ms, Nardi in two days, and the settlement was agreed upon in the next week with my wife.
