Ashley David Parker

After I was informed that I was a Respondent for a protection order, I looked around for a lawyer who could represent me. I came up with a list of 4 law firms to contact. My first call was to Fighter Law, to be honest, because they were veteran owned. I spoke to Ashley Parker who took time to listen ...to the complaint and explain the law and what could be done. Ashley gave me great confidence in his knowledge and abilities. I never made a second call. I hired Fighter Law and Ashley that day. Over the next few weeks Ashley collected information about my case. He prepared various pieces of evidence and analyzed the claims that were made against me. He set my expectations perfectly letting me know that there was no good case against me but you never know how a judge will look at parts of the evidence. He put together our own case as well in case the judge was too lenient. Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed. On the day of the hearing, Ashley met with me ahead of time to talk about my testimony and the evidence. I walked into the courtroom feeling prepared and ready. Once in the hearing, it was obvious that Ashley was extremely well prepared. He moved like a ninja, slicing apart the case against me. His preparation and knowledge literally destroyed the opposing lawyer's case throwing out every piece of evidence they had. He then made a motion to have the case dismissed because there was no evidence. The case was dismissed. I had never been a defendant in any court case anywhere before this. It's a scary thing and not something I'll look to have happen again. But you can bet that if I ever need any help in the future, I won't have to research lawyers again. Ashley is already a contact in my phone and he'll get the call. He deserved every one of the 5 stars I'm giving Fighter Law.
