If a person is arrested for a felony and adjudication is withheld, when asked if convicted of a felony would they say yes or no?

If you have a withold adjudication you have no conviction. I am unaware why you would be asked this question at probate court.

It means you didn't do something you were suppose to do but it doesn't need an arrest to rectify it.
What are possible reasons PTD would be denied for a 1st degree misdemeanor when it is the defendants first EVER arrest.

It is up to the Sao. Perhaps you had other non arrest charges or the victim or arresting officer objected.
