They only do that in Federal Court. I think CFRC only accepts inmates directly from county jail.

It looks like your case will probably be continued. The state is often late with discovery. Judges rarely sanction them for being tardy anymore....

You can always have the judge sign a transport order. Usually the state attorney does this.
