Police arrest a "known as ... sociate" of the vehicle's registered owner because the "associate" looks similar to who the police officer thinks he saw driving the car.

A disabled man gets into an argument on a bus. Cops are called. Cops begin arguing with the Accused. The Accused pokes the cop in the chest with his finger, takes off his prosthetic leg throws it away ... and throws his backpack to the side, along with his cane. The Accused continues arguing with the police while sitting on the ground. Law Enforcement taze the Accused in the face, later claiming that he had a knife. At trial, the Accused admits that he poked the cop in the chest, (which is technically a battery) and that he did not follow the cops' commands, but is adamant that he never owned a knife.
