I asked for Del Potter to handle the closing and paperwork as I have dealt with his office numerous times in the past and have always been 100% satisfied. Before the closing day M...r. Potter found a concern with the easement on the survey. I am not sure anyone else would have picked up on such detail except for Mr.Potter.
