Integrity - you either have it or you don't
I have months' of email history showing how unresponsive Michael Boswell is on important matters. Likewise, he has exhibited a bad habit of not returning his voicemails... of dragging his feet on time-sensitive issues. In email he has said he would do something, then never does it and never explain...

Replied last March 24, 2015This client had a valid complaint, as the Paralegal working on his case (who is no longer with us) was hiding information. Once this was discovered, she was let go and his case bankruptcy was completed and closed. We took full responsibility for the delay and absorbed any costs relating to such.
