Rebecca Harris, You did not hire me for a modification hearing last month. Furthermore, I did communicate with you and I did tell you that I did not want to represent you for $500. down and a payment plan of $200. per month from you for a modification of child support case. I emailed you that I was going to have a personality clash with your boyfriend, Rick Howe, as I found him to be very controlling with you and he attempted to be very controlling with me. I do not have a problem with you, Rebecca, but I found Rick Howe to be passive aggressive, misogynistic and demanding. I emailed you that I just did not want to deal with representing you if he was going to be so involved with YOUR case and if he was going to be calling and emailing me about your case. You were not the problem, Rebecca. As for that "hefty" retainer, you forgot to mention that that "hefty" retainer of $500. was promptly returned to you and that you emailed me thanking me for that. You later emailed me again saying that you were disappointed that things did not work out with utilizing my services for the modification, you apologized to me, your sent me best wishes and you thanked me for my advice over the years. My guess is that it is not even you who wrote the review giving me one star. My guess is that it is your boyfriend, Rick Howe, who wrote that review. I am just shaking my head at the entitlement and audacity of someone who was not even a client giving me a bad review. I think my instincts regarding Rick Howe were "spot on"! Marikay Stewart
