Lucky to have found him!

Chris was recommended to me by my bank clerk. From the get go I was happy with him. Quick to return phone calls, knowledgeable, and listened to me rant a few times. He handled my divorce with grace and sharp, honest counsel. He's worth far more than I paid him.

A true lawyer who cares

Chris Ditslear is hands down an amazing lawyer. I find dealing with any legal process sucks, but Chris definitely makes it suck less. He’ll take care of you (and your family). He takes the guess work out of really complicated situations. He’ll be frank and realistic - so expect zero b.s. I can’t say ...enough good things about Chris. I’ve fortunately worked with him during two unfortunate situations (including one this month, July 2019). He went above and beyond to secure sanity and safety for my family when dealing with my divorce case. I cannot think him enough for his efforts (while also being reasonably charged). I’d recommend anyone to Chris who needs family law services!

Brilliant, honest and kind hearted professional

Mr. Ditslear represented me in a highly complexed divorced matter, it was him against 3 lawyers and he was by far more prepared, knowledgeable but above all HONEST. I was shocked to witness how unethical, careless and clueless the other lawyers were and having Chris by my side made me feel very conf...ident. He and his secretary were always available to answer questions and to assist with counseling. Priced reasonably, super professional, he will fight for your rights and it's up front with you; i can't recommend him enough. Thank you Mr. Ditslear!

Yeah! My court stuff is over. Thank you Chris!

He was very kind to me during a very difficult time in my life. I found him to be very caring and professional. He won my case and stuck by my side legally until we were victorious. We won because he was very bright, and knew what he was doing. He was quick to react without me having to prompt h...im, and knew the laws and court policies off the top of his head, and was not afraid to do research when needed (new laws etc). When dealing with ANY attorney you have to remember your not their only case, and its definitely not like you see on TV. In some law offices rarely will you speak directly to your own attorney except at the onset of your case ,usually its their assistant. With Chris when he was there he made himself available . On the occasions I needed to meet with him face to face he made time. He will also tell you realistically where you stand legally. If your being unrealistic hes not afraid to let you know. His fees were reasonable, and I DEFINITELY will use him again. I will also personally recommend him to my friends and family. My case took 5 years.

I had a HORRIBLE experinence with this atty. I would not recommend him at all!!!

Chris Ditslear did a horrible job representing me in a custody case. Chris did absolutely NOTHING to prepare for the case. I did all the preparing. He only met with me 2 times before the trial. He met with me the day he agreed to take the case and I gave him the money and then a week before the heari...ng for only about 30 minutes. From the time I hired him and until we were finally having a hearing was 3.5 months so he had plenty of time to prepare and he didn't. I tried calling him several times and it would be days before I would get a phone call back and he would rush me off the phone. His secretary was rude with me several times. It was very obvious she was annoyed I kept calling .But if he would of returned my phone calls I wouldn't of kept calling. I paid him $1,500 for this case and he it was a ripoff. He did and would not meet with my witness' before the hearing. He met with them 2 hours before the hearing started. It was very obvious in the court room that he was clueless about the facts surrounding the case. When I met with him a week before the case which was the 2nd time he met with me he told me he wanted a court reporter to be in the courtroom. HE NEVER told me I had to pay for this court reporter. After the case was over I got a bill in the mail and had to pay $120 for a court reporter I never agreed to pay for. Then alomost 6 months after the custody case was over when I called the office about this court reporter bill his secretary told me I also stil owed Chris money for his services. I told her that was impossible because Chris told me it was a $1500 flat fee which I paid so how did I owe any money. She told me she didn't know why that she just knows I have an outstanding balance with Chris. I told her she needed to find out what it was about and to call me back. I never heard back from her. I called her back a week later questioning about the money she claimed I owed and she said never mind. So it's obvious that don't have their stuf together. The only reason why I won my case was because the other party gave in,. This was my child this case was about and Chris took it very lightly and was just winging it in the courtroom which had me totally horrified.
