Alexis Maria Ercolani

Alex believes innovation is fundamental to the practice of law and the diligent representation of each of her clients. Her small business and construction experience often allows her to see cases from her clients’ points of view during the litigation process. Using this perspective and a detail-orientated approach, she works with each client to address their unique situation.

Alex attended Stetson University, where she studied Political Science and Management. Upon graduating with her Bachelor of Arts, she attended Florida State University’s College of Law. Alex received many book awards recognizing her as the highest-ranking student in multiple courses, including Intellectual Property, Florida Civil Practice, and Oil & Gas Law. Additionally, Alex competed nationally as a member of the Trial Team and was a member of the Women’s Law Symposium.

She is involved in her community and was awarded a U.S. Congressional Medal of Merit for Outstanding Leadership. Living locally in DeLand, Alex serves as the advisor for a Stetson University student organization with over seventy members. She is the former two-term Chair of the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life in central Florida and co-chair for the Golden Lyre Gala, which benefited Volusia County’s only domestic violence shelter.
