Biography
Attorney Mark K. McCulloch represents clients in state and federal appeals, post-conviction, and criminal defense. An accomplished litigator and advocate, Attorney McCulloch was a successful criminal defense advocate in western Massachusetts before moving his practice to Florida. He has successfully represented clients pursuing direct appeal and post-conviction relief in nearly every federal appeals court and in the United States Supreme Court, as well as in all courts in Florida and Pennsylvania. His practice is not limited to appeals. Attorney McCulloch knows his way around the courtroom and has represented criminal defendants charged with simple misdemeanor crimes and those charged with serious felonies including aggravated assault, sex crimes, and homicide. Attorney McCulloch is dedicated to providing honest advice and counsel and pursuing justice for his clients.
