Olivia Hock Miller

Olivia Hock Miller represents her clients with experience.

Ms. Miller, a native Virginian, earned her B.A. in Art History from Arizona State University before moving to Orlando and receiving her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. Olivia passed the Florida Bar and has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2012.

While studying at Barry, Ms. Miller was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board where she earned top rankings as an appellate advocate at all competitions in which she participated. She was a Dean’s Study Fellow and a Teaching Assistant in Legal Research and Writing. She also completed a year-long externship at the Office of the Federal Public Defender where she participated in several cases including a multi-defendant trial.

Olivia Miller joined the firm as an associate in 2018 bringing her extensive experience to the personal injury and general negligence cases she handles. Ms. Miller also brings her experience in insurance defense. This gives her additional perspective on how the other side handles personal injury, general negligence cases, product liability, premises liability, and other injury cases.

Olivia was named as the firm's first Junior Partner in 2020 and currently handles Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims to represent medical providers and those injured in car accidents. She also leads the firm’s bodily injury department, representing clients injured in car accidents, slip and falls, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful deaths.

Ms. Miller and her husband, Mark, live in Altamonte Springs and are proud parents of two children. Ms. Miller is active in the legal community including serving on the founding board of the Seminole County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Olivia Miller loves litigating and being in the courtroom, but she also enjoys working one-on-one with clients to ensure they are passionately represented.
