Michelle L. Bedoya received her B.A. in International Relations, with a Minor in Health Services Administration, in 2011, from Florida International University. During her time at FIU, Ms. Bedoya was a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. After graduation, she worked as a home health care administrator in Maitland, Florida. Soon after, Ms. Bedoya began her career as a consultant for home health care agencies in Florida. Her experience as an administrator and consultant inspired her to pursue a legal career and attend law school. In 2015, Ms. Bedoya received her law degree from Barry University School of Law.
Ms. Bedoya has authored two legal articles, which were selected for publication in the Barry Law Review Journal and in the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. She is also an author on The Health Law Firm Health Facilities Blog.
Ms. Bedoya is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to serving the Hispanic community of Central Florida.
