Lenis Liona Archer

Lenis "Lilly" Archer, J.D., M.P.H., is an attorney at The Health Law Firm in Altamonte SPrings, Florida. Her practice focuses the representation of health professionals and licensed health facilities in litigation, licensing and disciplinary issues, contracts, appeals, administrative hearings, regulatory matters, and Medicare and Medicaid defense.

Prior to joining The Health Law Firm, Ms. Archer was selected for and completed a federal clerkship with The Honorable Bernice B. Donald, then a United States District Court Judge in the Western District of Tennessee. In this role, Ms. Archer worked on a large variety of federal court civil and criminal matters, including employment discrimination and business litigation cases. Ms. Archer also has experience in personal injury litigation, conducting discovery in large class action lawsuits, and medical malpractice defense litigation.

Ms. Archer is currently an adjunct professor at Adventist University of Health Sciences, Orlando, where she teaches Legal and Ethical Aspects of Health Care to allied health students working on health science degrees.
