I recently had the displeasure to do business with this "firm." Expecting to do business with a professtional legal office, I instead encountered something more akin to a family run boiler room. Not only was this office extremely unprofessional, but they over billed me for the privelege of doing bu...siness with them. In return I received little to no communication, time delays from their end, and demands that I return documents with as little as 3 hours notice. When I decided I could not complete my project at their current snail's pace, I had little choice but to travel a great distance and attempt to do business face-to-face. Unfortunately, I was to be yet further disappointed when, upon my arrival, I found this "professional office" to be locked and closed on a weekday afternoon. In addition, I requested routine documents from their office, both via email and telephone, and ultimately had to retrieve them from their client personally. Perhaps their reluctance in providing me with said documents was because they clearly showed their excessive fees charged to me, easily double the industry standards. On the rare occassion I was able to reach a live person on the phone to voice this concern, I was greated with arrogance, distain, and a complete unwillingness to cooporate. If you are considering doing business with this firm, I urge you to reconsider. You will save yourself time, money, and headaches.
