Dhiman v. Sarkisian
Oct 12, 2009OUTCOME: Judgment for Defendants, plus costs and fees.
After his purchase of a laundry, the Plaintiff sued the sellers and the brokers, contending that the income and expenses were misrepresented and that the brokers breached their fiduciary duties. After ... a 3 day, bench trial, the Court found that the assertions of misrepresentation were not supported by the evidence; that there was no justifiable reliance; that the broker defendants (my clients) "went beyond the standard of care;" and that the Plaintiff presented "no credible evidence of damages."
