Retained him for an estate issue. He spoke to me and drafted a motion. The date for the hearing was May 1. That date came and I didn't hear anything from him. I thought that I would for certain hear the following day. Nothing. No emails, no letters, no calls. I had to register for the court website i...n order to find out the hearing was cancelled. I left messages and emails and he could not be bothered to call me back. I left an email saying that if he couldn't call me back, I'll come to his office. He then claimed I failed to show up to that meeting. I hired him and we agreed he would file to move to strike the objection against the estate. He cancelled the hearing and failed to complete his end of the agreement.
