Contractor breached a contract by not performing the construction worked that he was hired for. I attended arbitration hearing with my client. Three arbitrators gave my client an full arbitration aw ... ard. Thereafter, I confirmed the arbitration award through the order given by the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Orange County.
