Daniel C. Elkins

I strongly agree with all of the previous reviews! First of all I cannot express how important it is to research an Attorney's background and consult with, before hiring!!! Unfortunately during my year and a half long divorce I was forced to seek out another Attorney (Daniel) due to my previous Attor...ney's lack of interest and or effort. After wasting thousands of dollars and months of time on an uninterested Attorney, I hired Mr. Elkins. This seemed to be a somewhat simple divorce case (No children) etc. but soon turned into a contested nightmare. Mr. Elkins not only went above and beyond with every aspect of the divorce process but actually cares. This is not my first divorce and or lawsuit. I've had quite a few Attorney's over the years. Although Mr. Elkins is young, he is by far THE BEST Attorney I have ever had, PERIOD! As emotions run high during a lawsuit, Mr. Elkins is able to keep expectations in check, calmly explain the facts, and more importantly, respond in a timely manner! If you are sick of being given the runaround, and or overcharged by your Attorney, or are seeking a reputable Attorney, please call Mr. Elkins!!!!!

I had hired the Law firm of Elkins and Freedman two years ago to represent me in a divorce case. I met Daniel right out of college who at the time was starting out with his father Alan. Of course like many people I was a little worried that Daniel being a new lawyer would be a little too new. But ...Daniel was the one of the nicest, caring, and considerate lawyers I have ever met. He was always available and would return calls or contact me when necessary even if was late in the evening. He was hard working and a credit to his profession. My ex-wife had even said that Daniel was very helpful and kind to her in our divorce proceedings. If your looking for a great lawyer to help you go through a divorce I would strongly recommend Daniel to anyone.

Daniel represented me during a re-opened divorce case in which my ex-husband was asking for a downward modification of child support and was filing motions against me in regards to miscellaneous accusations of my handling of financial matters, etc. Daniel ultimately represented me at a court hearing... as well as mediation. Daniel grasped the details of case quickly and handled the hearing and mediation calmly and efficiently. I feel that his attention to detail and his negotiation skills during mediation brought all matters to an agreeable, quick closure. I would recommend this young professional.

I recently hired Mr. Elkins and his firm for my divorce and bankruptcy. I was surprised when his paralegal spent over an hour discussing the facts of my case before I paid them any money to retain them, or even set up a consultation. I was immediately put at ease. The fact that I could reach him any ...time was very reassuring. He was extremely polite and professional. He was reasonable, firm, and did his research well in advance. The result was a very fair agreement and discharge of my financial problems. I can now focus on getting my life back in order. Mr. Elkins has my support for conduct, knowledge and professionalism.
