This guy knows what he doing. Everytime I went to court for my divorce it never went my way. Once the Elkins stepped into the court room things started going my way. They filed all the appropriate paper work, set up hearings, presented my evidence ect. I was drowning before I hired the firm. During t...he final hearing a few weeks ago, I actually felt that the judge was finally listening to me and understanding my point. Daniel really presented the evidence well. When you think of lawyers and stereotypes, Daniel disproves each one of them. Daniel is a selfless individual that puts his clients first and wants to make sure they receive the best settlement when involved in a personal injury matter. Mr Elkins, got me a great settlement in my case against a very well known national corporation. He was extremely professional and thorough in his inquiry with all parties involved to my case. Before meeting Daniel I had my mind made up that I would purchase a divorce kit from the county and do it all by myself. I strongly agree with all of the previous reviews! First of all I cannot express how important it is to research an Attorney's background and consult with, before hiring!!! Unfortunately during my year and a half long divorce I was forced to seek out another Attorney (Daniel) due to my previous Attor...ney's lack of interest and or effort. After wasting thousands of dollars and months of time on an uninterested Attorney, I hired Mr. Elkins. This seemed to be a somewhat simple divorce case (No children) etc. but soon turned into a contested nightmare. Mr. Elkins not only went above and beyond with every aspect of the divorce process but actually cares. This is not my first divorce and or lawsuit. I've had quite a few Attorney's over the years. Although Mr. Elkins is young, he is by far THE BEST Attorney I have ever had, PERIOD!
