Veronica and her team are the most respectable, nicest folks you could ever work with or have taken care of your business. Veronica’s team prepared an Irrevocable trust and will for my wife and me. All questions were answered in detail. They are always available and receptive to any question we have.... Both during the process and afterwards. Most recently, A credit union denied making us a loan to construct a home on land we owned free and clear simply because we had deeded it to the trust. Veronica put detailed information describing how we as trustees retained all ownership rights. This was shown and explained to the credit union but despite already granting us preapproval they still would not budge their position. I called Veronica and she had an immediate solution. We put it into action, and we are now getting ready to close a Construction to permanent loan with another lender. Veronica and her team are the people we have selected to manage this closing as I am finding out is a lot more complicated than a typical home purchase. The capabilities of Veronica and her team are diverse. What stands out is the plain down-home hospitality they conduct themselves with and include with every inaction action they have with their clients.
