Roderick Ford

I consulted Attorney Ford who stated he was capable of handling my case but once he got my money he did absolutely NO work. He stopped answering my calls and did not respond to texts or emails. When finally speaking with Mr. Ford after weeks of trying (just three days before court), he was clueless! ...He didn't even have the scheduled hearing on his calendar. Mr. Ford could not recall any details of my case. I decided to just settle my case with unfavorable outcomes in order to stop wasting money. The entire experience with Attorney Ford was disappointing at best. He wouldn't even provide me a copy of the final documents which was signed by the judge despite me sending an email to him requesting a copy, he simply didn't respond. I had to go to the court house myself and pay for the documents. Mr. Ford is a smooth talker before being retained and it's such a shame he took my hard earned money under the disguise of being a competent lawyer.

I contacted this attorney, along with other co-workers, regarding a possible case of wrongful termination and discrimination. Mr Ford was paid upfront; however, shortly after accepting our money one of his assistants left the company and we were leaving numerous messages for him to return our calls t...o get started on our case. He wrote 1 letter to our previous employer and then quit the case, after cashing a $1200 check, stating we did not have substantial evidence to continue our case. I would love to know if this is legal AND if we are entitled to our money back. According to Atty Ford, we are not!! I'm am greatly disappointed and would never recommend him to anyone who is serious about their case.
